Refund policy
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to start a return
To begin a return, contact us at support@shopveridan.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll provide instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
Non-returnable items
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopveridan.com and we'll make it right at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or style, subject to availability. Contact us at support@shopveridan.com to arrange an exchange.
Shipping costs for returns
Unless the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
