Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders will begin shipping after they have been processed.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

We currently ship within the United States only.

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 8–12 business days
Cost: Free shipping on eligible orders / calculated at checkout

Expedited Shipping
Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
Cost: Calculated at checkout

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather conditions, holidays, high order volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your order has been shipped.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Veridan is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Veridan is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided but are later lost or stolen.

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@shopveridan.com and we will assist you in investigating the issue.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or other delivery issues, we will contact you to arrange next steps.

Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
